    When Gerald Gagnon first opened City Center Auto  Body Ltd. in 1983, he was the only employee.  Now there are 25 employees and there have been several expansions, both of physical plant and range of services. 

Gerald focuses on the customers and their needs and strives to provide the highest quality workmanship.  Repairs are done by highly trained technicians using the most up-to-date auto body technology.  For over 5 years, City Center Auto Body has had the I-Car Gold Class rating which means more than 85% of the journeymen have completed an extensive range of training courses.

Gerald built the current shop in 1993 and added an expansion in 1997 to keep up with the increasing demand from both private and commercial customers.  The shops are equipped with sophisticated pieces such as the Genesis Electronic Measuring System.

In addition to the auto body business there is the well known Jerry's Towing service which

 consists of a fleet of 6 tow trucks plus a recently acquired 35 foot vehicle transport trailer to safely move vehicles in any condition.

Gerald Gagnon was proud to accept the 1993 Chamber of Commerce, Small Business of the Year Award.  He also received the 1998 Towman Ace Award from Towman Magazine.

Although times change, Gerald still subscribes to his basic formula for business success - focus on customer needs and deliver top quality work.
