TREVOR OLLEN

Trevor began figure skating when he was ten and competing in ice dance with his sister, Lindsay, at twelve.  The highlights of their partnership included a Provincial Pre-Novice title and a trip to the Canadian Championships in their first year in Novice.  Presently he trains in Edmonton with his partner of three years, Jaime Chaffey.  They won Provincial and Western Canadian Championships in Novice their first year together as well as back to back Western titles in Junior the two following years.  Trevor was awarded the Male Athlete of the Year in 1997.  Trevor is presently attending the University of Alberta to obtain a degree in Marketing.

LINDSAY OLLEN

Lindsay began figure skating when she was eight years old and started to compete with her brother, Trevor, at age ten.  There are many memories of training and competing with her brother.  Lots of travelling for coaching - bi-weekly trips to Elk Point and Bonnyville in their Pre-Novice years of competition and then week-ends spent in Edmonton when they moved to the Novice level.  Lindsay and Trevor won the Alberta Pre-Novice Dance title and The Roti Matcham Dance Scholarship in 1991.  In their first year competing at the Novice level they went to the National Championships. Lindsay graduated from high school in 1997 and plans to obtain her degree in Public Relations.

Lindsay and Trevor were born and raised in the Lloydminster-Hillmond area and are the children of Gary and Karen Ollen.
